Quicken is a wonderful program that just keeps getting better.
Quicken is an integral part of my financial life. I have been using it on a mac for many years, and it keeps getting better with periodic improvements. I have very few complaints, but there are still some things that could be improved. For example, cutting and pasting transactions from one account to another or even better to a spreadsheet program like Numbers or Excel. Good but misses the mark on ease of customer usability
I have been a Quicken member for many years. The rate at which improvements are made that make it easier for the user to navigate the tool is horrendous. Downloading transactions for a new account is cumbersome. I have never been able to get the phone app to work correctly with Android so it makes updating receipts manually at the computer like sitting down to work another full-time job! I'd say put more focus, but I don't see any, so I'll say at least to put SOME focus on getting your ...

I'm growing weary of the constant…
I'm growing weary of the constant updates. I don't know if that because of these updates I am not able to see recent transactions in some accounts that seem to need an updated password, or if it's a coincidence. The updates seem to be large files that I really don't understand. Maybe I need to find another accounting method.

Software seems stable with no surprises. I especially like reporting feature, but would like the ability to create and report on user data items. Currently there is no option to define and report on user-created data items.

Quicken has been a budgeting mainstay…
Quicken has been a budgeting mainstay for years. Big assist in estimating taxes. Ability to link credit card and banking accounts is particularly useful. Some banks are making this more difficult due to complex log in procedures, but hoping some of these problems are resolved.
