Annual fee is too high
Annual fee is too high. My data should be readily available in an unencrypted form. I resent strongarm techniques used by Quicken to preserve their business.

I assume you are asking about QuickenMobile. I have found it too clumsey to use. Even though I have it on my phone, I never use it.

No issues with getting the updates but
No issues with getting the updates but, except they sometimes make some parts slower then after the next update speeds them back up (syncing in the cloud). Plus don't like opening a program then having to wait for an update to load that I didn't plan the time for.

Quicken is the best
Quicken is the best. I've been using it as an a-home financial tracking tool since 2001 and I'm most thankful for you service to Apple Mac users. Keep up the good work!

Needs some TLC
It doesn't appear that your developers actually use the software. Many instances of illogical workflow, screens resetting to new places rather than continuing to the next logical step -- eg, downloaded transaction list resets to top of list rather than to the next unmatched entry. Lots of this...Mac version doesn't come close to the Windows package. I am maintaining a separate Windows machine solely to run Quicken. Very frustrating.
