Expensive
Expensive. Feels about two years behind other software. Lots of times I can't connect to accounts for updates. Some of my accounts aren't on the platform. Certain transfers don't 'match' and won't manually match. Can be very frustrating. Over the years, certain accounts no longer work and quicken was not helpful in solving the problems- like usernames becoming case-sensitive.

Have reached out multiple times for tech help....zero response
Have reached out multiple time inquiring into why not syncing with our bank (USAA)....zero to no response and still not working. Will not renew.

A Long time User
Been using Quicken for years and am happy that it has evolved into a more stable and intuitive program that allows easy control; of ones finances. The frequent updates are welcome as well-even if they do not effect the way I use the program. Keep up the good work!Robert S

I love the ease of syncing with my bank, downloading and sharing entries and resultant balancing of accounts. Furthermore the graphic portrayal of expenses is another great visual aid.

We do like it but…
We use quicken everyday and we do like it. I would have given a 5 star but being seniors technology gets more complicated and passes us by. And trying to solve a question and/or problem is difficult. Unless u use the right verbiage when searching for help I’ll get a bunch of stuff, I become overwhelmed and give up. But we do like u.

Quicken has been very reliable over the years, yet some upgrades leave a lot to be desired. Most recently, downloading banking info from institutions has had an inordinate number of glitches. These challenges are a huge waste of time and trust.
