Easy and reliable POS

PROS: It helps me appreciate POS and practice diligence in our transactions. The system makes our sales process more transparent. I get to see the money flow with clarity, so spotting discrepancies and variances are easy. My staff knows this, so, without nagging them about delivering honest work, the system does that for me. Indirectly, it does promote a smoother relationship between management and staff, where everything is data-driven and, so, objective.

PROS: I'm able to capture customer details and organize them for CRM. The POS not only makes transactions easier and more accurate, but it also helps me build up critical information for marketing and long-term business planning. I can also manage inventory better, we have ingredient-level visibility, which is awesome when you deal with hard-to-find items. By anticipating stockouts, we can place orders in advance and ensure supply.
