What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? QB Pro is able to handle accounts payable and receivable for small to mid sized businesses and it is relatively easy to use and accessible for new users with a fairly intuitive user-friendly system.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like how I can do bookkeeping, payroll, run reports, run W2s & 1099s, and more all in one program! I like how I can easily manage employees and vendors in one places. I can use the direct deposit feature to easily deposit paychecks weekly into the correct account. I also like how it memorizes accounts used often in order to easily make sure all transactions are going to the same location and cuts out a lot of time. At the end of the ...

"Useful bit of Software"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The most helpful thing about using Quickbooks Desktop Pro is being able to keep all of our invoices and expenses in one place. We have multiple users in our billing and accounting department and it is great to have a universal software where we can keep our expenses organized and in one place.

"Good software for the price"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It is MTD compliant and still not a complete new interface like Xero which sometimes puts off people thinking they have to relearn how to do bookkeeping. It is a cheaper alternative to other MTD compliant softwares.
