What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? You can have multiple Quickbook files if you have multiple businesses. No limit on the number of files which is great for a multi business owner. Also you can have multiple licenses for users. You can also have a separate file for your personal use.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Love that this is easy to use. I learned a few different bookkeeping softwares and definitely this one is the best one. The reports are easy to pull together and there are many of them as well.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? We have over 50 employees between the church and the preschool. Before Covid-19 we had university part time employees and a lot of turnover. QuickBooks is such a wonderful software for keeping tax information up to date and very dependable The quarterly and annual tax filing is so simplified and accurate. Payroll every two weeks is easy and QuickBooks stays on top of the updates from the government
