What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I appreciate how user friendly the software is. It is very easy to seamlessly transition between accounting tasks like payables and receivables. I also love how easy it is to directly download transactions from most banks and credit cards which saves so much time when reconciling.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It was very straightforward and easy to use. It clearly listed the tabs for customers and employees. It made cutting checks very easy. I would recommend for small businesses.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like that I have the ability to send automatic invoices to my clients. The reporting took is also great. There are many preset reports that give you a good insight to where your business is at. I also like that home screen that is set up to give you the "every day" tasks you should be paying attention to.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like best is the accountant feature inside of the product. I can log myself into the product and download the accountant toolbox.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I really like Quickbooks. It provides a lot of features for Small Businesses and there is a lot of support with a very active community. I have helped over 50 business with installing or cleaning up their QuickBooks. The tool is very powerful.
