What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Having recently started a small business, I find QuickBooks Desktop to be an invaluable resource for managing expenses and sales. Additionally, it makes managing my business accounts very simple, and allows a quick view of my current financial state.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The ease of use to navigate the system. I love sending out PDF emails with my invoices as I run a "Green" office.

"The old QB Standard!"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Love the ease in which I can do progressive billing and certified payroll for my construction clients. Have been using desktop since the 1990's and it is my workhorse software. For clients that don't want their data in the cloud, QB Desktop is excellent.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It is very robust and using it saves me $$ with my accountant because I can get the ball rolling with the easy stuff.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Quickbooks Desktop is a robust tool with a relatively intuitive interface and dashboard. The help menus are helpful and essential to getting started and setting up the software for your companies needs. Additionally there are plenty of online resources for any array of questions you might have. It is reliable and an essential part of our day-to-day business.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The product has a lot of features. It integrates well with many of the other product we use like our time clock and its program, Square and ShopSite. has a Accountants copy feature.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like how easy it was for me to get used to using it... Once you've figured everything out, you get into that workflow habit, it becomes a walk in the park to use.
