I also love the fact that you can easy search based on client or invoice number/check number. It's a system that can grow with your business. What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Been using quickbooks since the 90s and currently use QB 2008. Very fast and easy to enter the basic data I need as well as figuring out state sales tax within minutes.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It is very complete. Other systems are missing something - payroll, inventory, etc. You never have to juggle multiple systems to get a financial statement. Customizable reports are easy to create. There are plenty of workarounds to get the functionality you need as well as apps that will integrate or sync with QB.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like how simple and easy it is to use for someone who otherwise might not have any bookkeeping experience. It seems like it would be best for the self-employed business person. I like it overall, but don't use all of it's features.
