What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I have been using Quickbook for almost over 7 years. Quicknook is very easy to use....for example: Easy to send invoice, packing list, write check, organize items/inventory. lookup history, bank info, balance,print check, pretty much everything you can think of just like an accountant sitting right next to you,

"Thorough but not intuitive"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I can see where every account stands at any time. I can also go back through payment histories to see if payments were applied correctly. I can see open balances at a click and also a snapshot of where the company stands. Preparing tax forms are very easy.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It's familiar within the Quickbooks environment, there's a lot of support resources, and in the rare event the internet goes down, I can still work within the program.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? There are still a few things that QuickBooks Desktop does better than the cloud products, if a client only wants to purchase 1 piece of software.
