Multiple ways to set up your business, plus Quickbooks offers several features to make it easy for your customers to pay their balances via email. I would recommend this product to anyone just starting their business.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Very user friends data entry. Downloading and reconciliation of transactions from banks and credit card companies is far better than larger ERP packages, which require expensive modules to do that.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? We use quickbooks because it nominally allows us to keep track of time slips per employee for each customer based on service items. However, much of the functionality is augmented through the use of 2 different integrations because either quickbooks doesn't offer that feature at all, or charges exorbitant license fees for a whole new desktop solution when all I need is one small feature.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like how user friendly QuickBooks is for the small-business owner. There are a lot of wizards and walk-throughs that help you set things up, and consider things that you might have forgotten about without it. The transactions are fool proof, and make the correct double entries without too much effort or thought on the users part. The reports are easy to create and customize. When it's time to do my monthly reports I am able to easily ...
