"Quickbooks Desktop is the product you use for accounting until there is something better."
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It does the basic accounting of a small business. It handles invoices, payments, reconciliations, reports, etc -- everything that a small business would need to get started.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The ease of use is still there and I can teach a non-accountant how to write there checks and make deposits in a matter of hours rather than weeks.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? The layout of the program is configured for users who don’t necessarily need to have any prior experience with the software. Can easily navigate to find all functions and reconciling accounts is simple.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like the fact that there is a main dashboard that shows the things that you use the most so that it is easily accessed. But that there are also other ways of accessing it as well. Also, the interface is easy to use.
