"Quickbooks and Architecture"

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? User-friendly, very easy to navigate. Quickbooks is more customizable than first expected. We use it for accounting and payroll. I had prior experience with accounting but had to learn payroll quickly, and their online tools and courses were a big help.

"Service Titan Integrates Beautifully with QuickBooks Desktop Pro"

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I liked how Service Titan was able to automatically create Invoices with line items and descriptions quantities and dollar amounts. I liked how it automatically found the customers' accounts in Quickbooks and added the invoices from Service Titan. Purchase Orders were also automatically imported in bulk to Quickbooks from Service Titan.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? We are a relatively small church but with a relatively large budget for a church. Desktop helps me as Treasurer keep our vendors paid on time as well as our staff. Easy to read Balance Sheets and Profit Loss Reports. End of year Tax requirements easily tracked.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like having all of my financial information in one place, the ease of creating and sending invoices, having merchant services and Outlook integrations, and having my bookkeeper be able to use it to keep everything up to date

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Easy to track bills, credit card charges and reconcile credit cards. Having the ability to set up different reports to easily see what needs to be paid when is amazingly helpful as a member of our AP department. We can pay bills directly from the report or schedule checks to be printed.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Ease of use; reporting is accurate and easy to customize or drill down to data needed, and the program is consistent - updates some, but by and large, you know where to find things - very logical program.
