What do you like best? I love being able to use Quickbase and go paperless. We now keep all our tech calls and billing online with Quickbase. Easy to build and maintain. What do you like best? Ease of grid editing, file over-writing feature when a file is saved in documents. QB reports can be printed out as excel files. I find it very helpful that information on past projects is stored there and available to check when it may influence current work; it's good to have access to comments on each project (e.g. would we do it again?) and access to all invoices linked to the project.
