Quickbase is the one to handle accounting
What do you like best? The integrated tool to keep the accounts of non-profit organizations has seemed excellent, very didactic. We really like your billing management system, as these are easy to customize. We like your sales funnel manager, and your ability to import contact databases using spreadsheets. Quickbase is a good platform to handle RFI and shipments, and to handle online applications, in the case of grants. What do you dislike? We do not like your supply chain management ...

Easy to use & efficient
What do you like best? For the projects app, I like the ease of creating reports. You can customize them to do pretty much anything you need them to do. What do you dislike? Fixing mistakes is a bit of a pain since every entry is time stamped and you are not able to edit. I understand the need for that but it would be nice if that was an optional feature. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a great, easy way to keep ...

Customize For All Situations
What do you like best? We use QuickBase for many different applications. We've been able to customize to a variety of scenarios and use the same system. This helps with continuity and I can bounce back and forth among various apps. What do you dislike? There is a brief lag in between clicks. This is a minor irritation, and not much of a dislike. This is a great product. I would love to see some more user friendly reporting that can export to excel. Recommendations to others ...
