Customize For All Situations

What do you like best? We use QuickBase for many different applications. We've been able to customize to a variety of scenarios and use the same system. This helps with continuity and I can bounce back and forth among various apps. What do you dislike? There is a brief lag in between clicks. This is a minor irritation, and not much of a dislike. This is a great product. I would love to see some more user friendly reporting that can export to excel. Recommendations to others ...

Quick Base - Great for Businesses

What do you like best? Quick Base makes it easy to maintain data in one place and it also makes it easy to export all this data. Great for cross functional work. What do you dislike? Sometimes the platform is not the easiest to use due to technological issues. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely make sure all necessary teams have access to Quick Base internally because it will be so much easier for all teams to communicate cross functionally. What ...

Great no-code/low-code platform

What do you like best? It is very simple and fast to get started with creating an application for your business needs. A person without any programming language can quickly learn enough to create their first application and learn more along the way to make it better every single day. What do you dislike? If you want to extend the provided functionalities, you will need to inject your own code. The code you inject won't be running on the back-end, because even the admins won't have ...

Awesome program!

What do you like best? Ease of customization. Tons of example apps. Ability to control user access and views. What do you dislike? Your data really has to be table-friendly or the program isn’t very useful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Turnovers. Communication from floor to engineers.

The base for a quick good working...

What do you like best? The connectivity with others app and software we use at the enterprise is just perfect to synchronize all the data to create really useful info into the Quick Base. The easy way to create forms, reports and many types of charts is pretty well. . . The way of presenting the info is good. What do you dislike? Maybe the first time I did a relationship, but you can resolve that issue studying a little. . . There's missing a Quick Base manual for amateur and of ...

My QuickBase Review

What do you like best? QuickBase has been wonderful in my role as a program manager. With so many people working on different parts of our projects, it's really nice to have a central system for everyone to work from and to store all of the important project data. What do you dislike? There are some features that could be streamlined. The first thing that's coming to my mind right now is that when adding new people to a project, it requires you to add the position, save and exit, then ...

Friendly UI

What do you like best? I like that you don't need to have programming knowledge to figure out how to build your own app. It's a really good database for almost any business need! What do you dislike? There are LOTS of features that are not available unless you upgrade to premium, but it's worth upgrading to the premium because it can literally become the entire company database. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My company uses ...

Quick Base is the Solution to your Business Issues

What do you like best? I like that Quick Base is a no-code app building platform. Its gives the chance for non-IT people to build apps to solve their complex business problems. We are able to collaborate across departments, locations, and even with external people. It gives us measurable goals and allows us to rely on documented information, rather than having information stored in someone's brain or on their hard drive, which is inaccessible to others. I'm also very impressed with their ...

Amazing capabilities and endless potential!

What do you like best? My company has been using QuickBase for years now to grow and expand our multiple businesses. It is perfect for our flexible and fast paced business model. We can build new apps and get new projects up and running very quickly. It's the best solution out there for us and we plan on staying and growing with QuickBase for the foreseeable future. What do you dislike? The platform could use additional native integration features. However, they have been getting ...
