Good system for website workorders

What do you like best? i like the fact that Quickbase will track all the conversation between me and the person working on the work order. It also is nice that I could attach screen shots and files What do you dislike? I would like to have more than 5 uploads allowed with my entry. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to save space in my inbox and keep all my tickets I have in organized.

We use QB for all our internal office project management.

What do you like best? For me I like QuickBase because it is a full project management software. It has all your invoicing buttons such as PO's, Payables, Invoice status etc... We also use it as our internal ticketing system to know which stores we are visiting for repairs. What do you dislike? There's not really much I dislike at all. Easy to build apps

What do you like best? Quick to make stuff (once you learn how. Easy to customize. Affordable. What do you dislike? OMG, where do I start... #1 most annoying thing: Cannot write data to a reference field. In other words, you can view parent table data in a child table, but you can't edit/write data from the child table view back into the parent. It is SOOOOO annoying to the user experience. What do you like best? I've been building and improving the same CRM system for years ... while it is being used ... without a developer, without having a sandbox account, without losing data. Make it your own by yourself Platform!

What do you like best? There nothing that we havent being able to build in QB. We have everything from sales to asset and people management. What do you dislike? They have been a little bit slow on integrations with other platforms but they have recently launched a partnership with workato and also using Zapier helps. They are working hard on this topic. Best way to quickly unlock your data and accelerate your business

What do you like best? I have used Quickbase at 2 different companies now; one a non profit and the other for profit. We were able to quickly setup and use Quickbase to provide data to employees that was previously locked away in other systems. What do you like best? It is incredibly easy to build a highly customized application.
