What do you like best about Quantum Metric? Quantum Metric is an incredible tool for research and analyzing the user experience data from start to finish. First and foremost, the interface is incredibly user-friendly. We've been able to collaborate better with a variety of our stakeholders and they have also found it easy to navigate and use. The layout is intuitive and straightforward, allowing us to quickly access the data we need without any unnecessary complexity.

What do you like best about Quantum Metric? A most useful tool to find FCIs(failed customer interactions). Funnel conversion steps. Many analytics aspects like API response time and page loading time are not available in other tools
