What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? Great communication and very educated staff. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience? Nothing I can think of at this time. We have had a great experience. What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you? We are usually Qualitrics for Employee Engagement. We love that we can see the feedback by departments, office and location.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? It is easy to use and understand, I was able to pick it up quickly. The team was great to work with. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience? As someone who hasn't used the software before it took a bit to get used to. What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking employee feedback via survey, it is nice to have it all in one place.

"Honestly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had"

What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? We eventually found a solution and had multiple people supporting, after escalating to the CEO. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience? The Qualtrics system had known bugs that were not fixed or shared with us as the customer.
