"Robust And To The Point"
What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? It's not the fanciest, but still well and clean design. It's not lightning fast, but I'd be wrong to say it still wasn't fast. Where it shines is sheer management of concise information without the need to sift through redundant menus or deploying filters. Qualtrics knows it's demographic and has put itself in our shoes. "Excellent support but platform needs improvement"
What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? The customer/technical support was excellent. He was able to answer my questions so that I can finish creating a new project. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience? The report section of the platform was somewhat opaque. I couldn't figure out how to create a report on self and others' report. The support created a default report, and I was able to modify it. However, I should be able to create it from scratch. What ...

The interface when I log in is not as friendly as I would like. I feel like I didn't understand where to go. I had to keep asking questions. What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? He shows us around the Qualtrics portal and assists when asks. We haven't gone live yet but will soon. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience? Qualtrics system can be a little confusing at first. I hope to learn it better with time. What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you? We haven't gone live yet with our first survey but hope to next week.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience? We are new but setting it up seems easy. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience? Cannot say at this point as we are creating our first survey. What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you? It's hopefully going to make it easy to complete employee engagement surveys, receive feedback and take actions.
