As an admin, I had endless technical questions that were always answered (sometimes multiple times). "Amazing product and outstanding customer support"

What do you like best about Qualified? I love how intuitive Qualified is. As an enablement manager the change management was easy, and our reps love using it. I also have to give a huge shoutout to our QSA, Brittany Rhyme, who is one of the best in customer support I've ever worked with. What do you dislike about Qualified?
