"Unreliable software, slow support"
What do you like best about Qualified? The calendar booker UI is the best I've seen. What do you dislike about Qualified? Implementation takes a long time. Editing each experience whenever changes are made to routing is cumbersome. Support team is slow to respond to urgent requests, and requests are not always resolved. Have to ping Success Architects multiple times in order to get a response. Qualified bugs have prevented conversions on our site multiple times, costing the company ...
