What do you like best about Qualified? Chatting immediately and getting them set up with the correct resource. What do you dislike about Qualified? Its a new product I must learn. I need to figure out the intricacies to be as efficient as possible. What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting users to find eCommerce help quickly. What do you like best about Qualified? Implementation - our dedicated rep, Cassie, was extremely responsive, helpful, and proactive during our implementation process. As an admin, I had endless technical questions that were always answered (sometimes multiple times).
