What do you like best about Qualified? I like that I am able to interact with a prospect "in the moment". "I'm new to Qualified, and I found the program easy to use with the guidance I was provided."

What do you like best about Qualified? The UI is very friendly. At first, the screen looks busy but still looks easy to navigate. The overall layout is straightforward. The color coding makes it easay to view small text on a small monitor. I dont have to read everything to determine what actions I need to take. What do you dislike about Qualified? "Great Sales Team but Poor Product"

What do you like best about Qualified? They have a nice looking UI. Plenty of lipstick trying to make it feel more mature than the product actually is. Good tool for live chat. What do you dislike about Qualified? Product is not mature and requires complete dependency on the Qualified team which can be the bottleneck in using their services. "Unreliable software, slow support"

What do you like best about Qualified? The calendar booker UI is the best I've seen. What do you dislike about Qualified? Implementation takes a long time. Editing each experience whenever changes are made to routing is cumbersome. Support team is slow to respond to urgent requests, and requests are not always resolved. Have to ping Success Architects multiple times in order to get a response. Qualified bugs have prevented conversions on our site multiple times, costing the company ...
