What do you like best? That there are multiple ways to accomplish something. Love the built in features that make life easier. What do you dislike? That I do not have access to all the options. It is very easy to set up a simple mail merge and within a few weeks and a little help from the University Forums you're soon designing complicated mail merges pulling in different letters and forms for each recipient. Amazingly easy to use for such a powerful product

What do you like best? The data manipulation tools in Inspire designer are amazing. Hugely powerful and fast, even when dealing with huge amounts of data. Most of the time it is easier for users to give me raw data and for me to create a set of manipulations that can be run as needed then for them to reorganised and cleanse the data themselves.
