A Good up to date product in the CCM world

What do you like best? Its a next GEN CCM tool, whic had lot of options for customization. What do you dislike? Too much coding involved, in those case it turns out be a place where people start coding. That's not how CCM works. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its a good product, know your requirement before hand and quadient can help you achieve it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making customer experience ...

Amazing workhorse

What do you like best? That there are multiple ways to accomplish something. Love the built in features that make life easier. What do you dislike? That I do not have access to all the options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Manipulation of data is just one. The benefit is being able to customize and make the outcome tailor made.

Helping British Gas deliver a truly personalised omni-channel customer experience

What do you like best? Great integration between Inspire modules to create a truly powerful view of the customer journeys and communications required and when. This helps deliver a truly omni-channel customer experience and increased NPS. What do you dislike? Although it does integrate with a set number of other tools, full integration with different tools isn't so easy, but possible. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use CJM to map communication flow before ...

Takes the Stress out of Mailings

What do you like best? It is very easy to set up a simple mail merge and within a few weeks and a little help from the University Forums you're soon designing complicated mail merges pulling in different letters and forms for each recipient. What do you dislike? Nothing really to dislike, it takes a while to get used to scripting if you need it but most things you can do without scripts through the modules included. Recommendations to others considering the product: We, as a ...

Quadient can perform tasks you never even thought of before

What do you like best? Simply put - you can have ANY possible input and create ANY possible output. Many users think of it as a Document composition tool and use it to produce documents for print, email, sms, mobile apps... But beside this I can use it for any data mining, to create stunning reports for the management, to manipulate file system, even to create a mobile app game. What do you dislike? It is primarily oriented to business customers. I would like some parts of it to be ...

Save time, improve customer experience

What do you like best? It's easy to error-proof your communications. Phone numbers, addresses, instructions, disclaimers etc. All of these can be created as external elements, updated once, and pushed out to every letter automatically. No longer do we need to worry that a letter might go out with an old web address or outdated instructions. What do you dislike? Some of the more complex features are not very user-friendly. I struggle with some of the formatting options and while I know ...
