What do you like best about Qminder? That it gives us contact information for the customer, so that we can call them to find out the details of their visit before going to the desk. "Great, Convenient Tool"

What do you like best about Qminder? I like the desktop notifications so I don't have to constantly be looking at the webpage to see if someone is waiting in the queue for service and that all the sign in history is saved in detail What do you dislike about Qminder? It doesn't notify you (that I'm aware of) if you forget to press finish when you're done with an applicant. What do you like best about Qminder? This is helpful for tracking how many people come into the building and for how long they stay. It also helps us stay organized in who they are here to see and how we can identify what exactly they are here for. What do you dislike about Qminder? People tend to ignore the log in iPad, which is more on the people than the product. "Qminder- The Guiding Star"

What do you like best about Qminder? Very useful & easy to use, specially when we have a big queue of customers and lot of representatives are helping. Helps to serve first come first serve. What do you dislike about Qminder? Ease of not removing the customer if other person is already helping. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Qminder? Qminder is helpful with assisting our customers on the daily. Within the company I work in there are numerous different departments under one building. "Qminder is extremely important for the flow of patients through our facility."

What do you like best about Qminder? I like the fact that I can be notified of a patient's arrival from multiple devices and even email. The pop up notifications with sound are very helpful when I am in the business office and do not have a direct line of sight to the lobby. What do you dislike about Qminder?
