"Work Tool"
What do you like best about Qminder? That it gives us contact information for the customer, so that we can call them to find out the details of their visit before going to the desk. That way we are able to sift out the customers who need a face to face meeting vs a customer who may not. What do you dislike about Qminder? "Qminder- The Guiding Star"
What do you like best about Qminder? Very useful & easy to use, specially when we have a big queue of customers and lot of representatives are helping. Helps to serve first come first serve. What do you dislike about Qminder? Ease of not removing the customer if other person is already helping. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Serve customers according to the queue.
