UI Looks Nice, but Product is Not Stable or Mature

What do you like best? From the end-user perspective, the product looks polished and user-friendly. What do you dislike? From the admin perspective, the product is brittle and hard to configure. - UI text for English was written by a non-native speaker, so it often reads strangely or doesn't make sense to end-users.
