"Minimalistic Design But Functional"
What do you like best about Pure Chat? I enjoy being able to customize the interface and save use detail based on customer. Being able to see locations and previous chat history is very helpful especially when a customer returns after being disconnected. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? What do you like best about Pure Chat? It's efficient at finding people in depts, like if you aren't sure who to reach out to but know the dept you need to speak to. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Notifications are almost non existent and you have to literally have the screenopen to see them. This is perfect tool for our business
PROS: This is one of the most affordable solutions I have ever worked with. It allows us to track our visitors and those we are having conversation with. In addition, we are able to block IP addresses. The navigation for admin is easy and straightforward process. Also, it has great personal chat widget which is useful when someone wants to talk in private. The customer support is great and they helped us to increase our interaction for more than 60%.
