What do you like best about Pure Chat? Pure Chat is easy to use and convenient. I use Pure Chat on a daily basis. I like that we can connect with our more tech savvy patients more easily by using Pure Chat. Pure Chat also notifies us when we have missed a chat and it records all of conversations, which is very convenient. What do you dislike about Pure Chat?
