"A great engagement tool for small businesses...and not much else."

What do you like best about Pure Chat? Pure Chat is *very* simple to set up and use. Crazily simple. The out-of-the-box feature set is great for anyone operating a small business or entrepreneurial endeavor, whether you have 1 employee or 40. "PureChat for real time in-app support"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? We've been using PureChat inside of our app GitKraken which is built on Electron. So far we've had some of our best user support via in-app chatting with out customers. My team monitors the widget which we've embedded in our app for new requests and the experience is pretty seamless for both us and our users. What do you like best about Pure Chat? It's always working. It's always there to give our customers a way to reach us, even when we aren't there. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, Robert has always been quick to respond. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? The app isn't perfect. "Easy to setup and the best mobile implementation I have tried."

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I found pure chat really easy to install on the web. We were able to get started right away with the default graphics and then added some customization in a few days. The absolute best thing is the mobile app. We do not have dedicated people waiting for chats because we are a pretty small team. "Pure Chat = Pure Genius"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? Pure Chat makes me accessible to customers even when I'm not in the office which is very handy with our international customers. Its always day time somewhere and Pur Chat gives us the opportunity to speak with those clients from the comfort of our own homes. "I use this daily to help communicate with customers"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? The ease of use and how I can export the chats to create profiles for the sessions. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? They only problem I have is sometimes it can run slow but that be the connection. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to communicate easier with a larger demographic and remove time restraints from customers scheduling.

"Talk to your Customers and Prospects on Their Terms, Easily!"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? The ease of use, and ease of install were rather shockingly so. Up and running for my sales staff in 30 minutes, or less. I like that it gives our customers and potential customers a way to communicate with us on their own terms.
