What do you like best about Pure Chat? The best thing that I like is that you can see where in the world the customer is located. I think that is a awesome feature. What do you like best about Pure Chat? Design and experience of Pure Chat is amazing. It is very use to use and looks very satisfying. Easy to customise and allow it to nicely fit in with your website. Quick replys too for quick replies to commonly asked questions. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? "Decent chat software for small business."
What do you like best about Pure Chat? The interface is easy to use and the alert sound is great! What do you dislike about Pure Chat? It seems to loose chats from customers once in a while and 30 seconds to respond is not long enough in my business. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Some customers prefer to email or chat over call so it has increased our overall sales.

What do you like best about Pure Chat? It's simple to install and use. The chat box is not intrusive to your visitors and they can initial a conversation at their own convenience.
