"Great tool for online chatting"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? It's a great tool to embed in the website for online chat.You are able to assign the chat to someone else in the middle of chatting. It keeps a log of each chat session so that you can go back and review or improve on responses. Another thing that I like about Pure Chat is it will show you what page users are visiting and if it is their first visit or a repeat visit so that you can pursue new leads.
