"Pure Chat Review"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? Great and fast communication. Chat has yet to go down and has brought some promising leads, do to the ability to talk with the clients. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Only Dislike i would say is the system does not pick up all the traffic, but does get about 90% What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to see who is on the Site and the ability to start a conversation

What do you like best about Pure Chat? User friendly on both sides (for company and end user). Easy also to adapt the chat to your liking/preferences (look and feel). What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Would be great to also send documents via chat & images. What do you like best about Pure Chat? I enjoy the simple design of the chat, it's very easy to use and navigate through. A great feature is being able to monitor chats. What do you like best about Pure Chat? It is simple to use. I love being able to run reports on my instructional team by day, week, or over a long period of time. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? It seems to run slow at times. "Excellent chat service"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? How easy it is to view multiple operators and switch between chats. I also like that integrates so easily with our WordPress website. The Purechat support has also been very helpful. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Can't select multiple auto in/out times. "Great Platform"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? That you get to interact with people visiting your site as well as see information on where they are visiting the site from and that it saves their name in the system once you put it in. I also like that the interface is user friendly and you can easily toggle yourself as being available and unavailable as well as invite someone to a chat when you need to leave so you don't have to leave a conversation unfinished. What do you like best about Pure Chat? PureChat is a very easy way to quickly interact with leads on our website. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I haven't found anything I dislike. The whole system is very user friendly. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? "Pure Chat Review - RAMM Horse Fencing & Stalls"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I like that it doesn't have to always be a "live" chat and that it can be turned on sleep mode that sends you emails of customers' questions. They also provide a great "Visitors" area that shows live visitors and what page they are on, where they're located on a map, and how they arrived at our site.
