What do you like best about Pure Chat? I like the user experience and the simplicity to use Pure Chat. I like the email who is send every day to have a report of the activity of the day. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I dislike the disconnection if I don't answer immediatily to customers requests. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? When some customers can't do a money transfer, our reload his prepaid card, our top-up his phone.

Reporting is not the most user friendly and the ability to get more feedback on negative feedback. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Pure Chat? Ease of use. Simple installation html. mobile and web. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? doesn't work with wix.com one of the largest hosting companies. When they do maintenance, they do it on a saturday, our busiest day. most likely losing us as a customer. Recommendations to others considering Pure Chat: easy, simple, and it works like it should. What do you like best about Pure Chat? The Live Chat feature has been an amazing feature to our website. Being available instantly has cut down on email inquiries and phone calls during the day. I love that I'm able to easily select a canned response, and tailor it as needed for that customer before hitting send. Plus, emojis have made the customer experience more fun and personal! What do you like best about Pure Chat? I like that we can see where these chats are coming from in terms of location. It's an interesting statistic and helps us in Customer Service to gauge our customers needs much more efficiently. Also, the option for canned responses is great! What do you dislike about Pure Chat? "One of the best resources offered to cummunicate with your customers."
What do you like best about Pure Chat? I really enjoy the fast and customized personal chats. They have created an easy way to get in touch with loyal customers and receive feed back on our customer service. One of the best things that this system offers would be that the client can print, email, or download the transcript after the conversation is over. "Infusionsoft Live Chat option"
What do you like best about Pure Chat? It was very easy to get started and adding to our website was a simply copy/paste of code. Was also an affordable price and Infusionsoft integration allowing chat records to be funneled to our CRM. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Doesn't allow you to see the chat message before accepting the chat. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Quicker way to help sales make contact with leads and integrate that with our CRM

What do you like best about Pure Chat? -Team functions. Ability to add another operator to a chat if one is unable to continue with the conversation. -Customer information.
