"Pure chat"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I love the easy set up and how functional it is for customers. They are please with the accessibility. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? Really nothing. It is easy to navigate and very easy for customers to use. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? chat is easier and the customers are very please that its not overly technical.

What do you like best about Pure Chat? It automatically notifies me when I have an incoming chat visitor, I can respond right away What do you dislike about Pure Chat? If I don't respond right away I am not given an option to reach the person I missed by them leaving a message so I can respond to them if I missed the chat during business hours. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to reach more clients and answer questions to potential clients easier

"Great chat tool"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I love the easy and intuitive way it works. You need a day (tops) to learn how to use it properly What do you dislike about Pure Chat? To be honest I find it hard to pinpoint what i dislike. Maybe only the fact that sometimes it's lagging(or maybe that's just my pc) What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to address issues and questions from customers in a fast manner. I'm solving clients inquiries.

What do you like best about Pure Chat? It's very quick in response time. I love the transcript and report options as well. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I don't like the auto fill element. Sometimes it puts information in my chat that is exactly the opposite of what I typed. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? It offers our customers another way to interact with our office staff and is a wonderful source of sales prospects.

They have features that really add specialty to those who are recruiting that make our jobs a bit less stressful.
