What do you like best about Pure Chat? Easy teachable way to communicate with others at work. it's FrEE and allowed people to reach out to us when needed. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? most people had to learn how to use it although it was easy to use. since it was free most people didn't mind What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? It made it easier to chat with co workers

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I can type the msg with additional characters or stickers. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I dont like The autocorrect that fills the word when I notice. The mobile app is great
PROS: Pure Chat is easy to use and set up on your website. As soon as you install it you can use it right away and add some customizations. I like the mobile app. Because we are small team no one waits for the chat. Our members can use the desktop app in order to provide best service to our customers. I use its iPhone app and it is great because it gives me notification when there is chat request, and the quality of the chats are great.

Simple and intuitive solution for engaging our customers and visitors
PROS: What I like most is the fact that I can engage my web site visitors with few clicks. The product is straightforward and simple with intuitive and clean design. It doesn’t require too much training. It allows you to keep track of geographical locations of the prospects on your site and which page or link lead them to your site.

What do you like best about Pure Chat? Very straightforward in use great connectivity tool to interact with customers. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I did not dislike any of the tools and found that if the company was larger we would be able to fully utilize this application. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Connectivity problems are solved with purechat.

What do you like best about Pure Chat? PureChat has made it easy for us to connect with potential new clients as well as existing customers. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I don't really dislike anything, however I would like them to heat maps. What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Another way for us to communicate in real time with potential new clients. We have also discovered a lot of our existing clients enjoy using it as well.
