What do you like best about Pure Chat? I enjoy Pure Chat's easy use of our customer service agents and support staff. What do you like best about Pure Chat? I like the integrations with different platforms like Zoho, mail chimp, HubSpot, etc. Date Integration was relatively easy. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? I was not happy with their pricing tier. I was hoping to get a free tier. but it was a free trial instead. I wish a free tier would help me to get along on their software for more time. "Great way to assist customers!"

What do you like best about Pure Chat? I love that it is so easy to use and offers ways to customize. We use it at my workplace every day. What do you dislike about Pure Chat? There really isn't anything I dislike about PureChat! What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying in contact with customers and being able to assist them immediately. Pure Chat really benefits our customers because it gives them immediate access to any issues.

An essential tool for your business

PROS: This app can do a lot of things that really ease our work. It can accommodate the integration of third-party apps such as Hubstaff. It can detect and record locations. Monitoring site traffic and retrieval of communication transcripts are pretty straightforward.

Superior app!

PROS: The best things about Pure Chat are its neat user interface, its customizable settings, and its fair pricing. The UI and the settings make it easier for the users to make the app complement the needs of your team. Customizing it is so much fun because it allows you to see how it will look like on the desktop or mobile. The pricing is just right. Definitely more cost-efficient than its competitors.

Customer Service upgrade!

PROS: This tool is super useful for our customer service team. I love that you can reassign the customer service representative to smoothly continue an on-going chat. It also shows relevant info about the customer, such as their previous orders, number of site visits, and contact info. This stuff can really help us in pursuing leads.
