What do you like best? Punchh is a small company but a growing company and their app customer service has been beyond good. What do you dislike? I dislike that the app creation phase did not help prep the team with all of the design needs before letting us know that our time with the engineers was running out. Very difficult to navigate

What do you like best? Bright colors and most important information at the forefront. What do you dislike? Confusing set up. There are a lot of features that I don't use because I am not sure how or they are not easily accessible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer satisfaction- a lot better after using punchh.
