Terrible CRM, super slow customer service, decent apps.

What do you like best? The app works, sometimes, if you don't try and actually do anything. What do you dislike? The CRM is terrible. In many ways it's easier just using a SQL server. Creating segments is one of the most painful and time wasting process of any CRM I have tried in the last 10 years. Customer service is extremely slow in responding. Good App with Good Customer Service

What do you like best? Punchh is a small company but a growing company and their app customer service has been beyond good. What do you dislike? Very difficult to navigate

What do you like best? Bright colors and most important information at the forefront. What do you dislike? Confusing set up. There are a lot of features that I don't use because I am not sure how or they are not easily accessible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer satisfaction- a lot better after using punchh.
