What do you like best about Pulseway? Pulseway's support team is always looking to assist. Most of the UI is intuitive, and they consistently update their platform to improve based on customer feedback. It's nice to see a combination of a polished product and with the requisite amount of support.

What do you like best about Pulseway? Of all the RMM platforms I have worked with, Pulseway is the easiest to use. I am also not bound to a PC with it as the mobile app has pretty much all of the web interface functions. Installation and removal easier to work with as opposed to other platforms that shall remain nameless. It is worlds better than having nothing.

PROS: The tool allows you to get notifications on your mobile phone with the help of the mobile app. You do not have to be at the office to know that there is a problem with the system. The notifications come with alert levels to help you decide on the urgency of the issue.
