What do you like best? I like the ease of publishing stories and the efficiency of building. What do you dislike? There's quite a lot to discover and gets to be a bit complicated. Overall it's pretty self explanatory but the demos are useful to that end. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Beneficial in terms of efficiency. What it accomplishes is giving the user the ability to create media quickly and professionally.
