What do you like best? It's really easy to use. I like that I can walk coworkers thru different processes over the phone when I'm out of the office. The few times I've had trouble, support was great! What do you dislike? I wish I could optimize the font size to my personal liking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's been nice to dip our toes into the advertising/marketing pool. My company is a little behind the times.
