Excellent e-mail service! Great support!

I've tried many e-mail services over the years, some paid, some free. I tried Proton Mail early last year after one of my contacts insisted on encrypted communication (I'm not exactly sure why). Anyway, I ended up really enjoying the Proton Mail! They have great customer service as well: I paid my account several times with credits from a referral. I would give zero stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could. There is no customer service, period. I am not a criminal, drug dealer, or pedophile. I just want to secure our financial and medical emails. I am prepared to pay for a good service and paid Proton since September to ensure they were secure. Not as free as you might think

They portray themselves as institution of privacy and freedom, but honestly, their system might flag you for 'abuse', just because you're creating a lot of accounts. Say goodbye to creating more accounts.
