Great mail service
Great mail service, nice Ui, and the free plan is generous, once i get a job i will definitely upgrade my account

One of the best email providers out…
One of the best email providers out there with lots of focus on privacy and data protection. I subscribe to the whole family of Proton products and I am super happy. The UX needs some work and feedback is always received well by Proton.

Good & growing
I do not understand the 1 star ratings, at least, most of them. Proton is quickly growing as are their products. Sure they are not cheap, I have the Family plan, so that all in my family can enjoy all of the proton products. Tiny minus point is the “3” custom domains, as the family has 6 users. Would be much more sensible to have 6 of them. And yes, there are a few things that are not super smooth yet, but hey, I was in the first Gmail beta (with the MASSIVE 1 GB inbox!! Good ol’ days) ...

Proton Pass. Proton Support
Had a problem with Proton Pass & Email sent an email from an old Gmail account, Got a response in couple of hours. Very helpful Support then sent another email to see if problem was solved. Many Thanks

ProtonMail is an excellent service
ProtonMail is an excellent service, e-mails are delivered promptly and I've never had any delays. I do wish their mail bridge was on the free plan, but I understand they have to make money somehow. Customer support is excellent and I always get my problems solved.

Great Service been a premium user for like ..when they first started with a free account and I upgraded to premium I’m ver surprised that it’s a 2.2 star I have never encountered any problems with them I must be lucky then :)
