ProtonMail is an excellent service

ProtonMail is an excellent service, e-mails are delivered promptly and I've never had any delays. I do wish their mail bridge was on the free plan, but I understand they have to make money somehow. Customer support is excellent and I always get my problems solved.

Credits vs a Refund is Literally Theft

I contacted Proton Mail after deciding that this email platform was not for me (reference Request #2283881). I prepaid for 3 years and lo and behold Proton Mail decided to keep my money when I requested a refund. They had the audacity to ask for my feedback and then, they still said no due to an unrealistic policy. The 30-day Money Back Guarantee is unrealistic. How can someone use all of Proton Mail's features (Drive, Calendar, Email, VPN, etc) in one month to finally decide that it's not ...

30 day money back…Don't believe it.

This company offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Yeah, right, don't believe it. They only give you money back if you contact them first saying your want to quit. Then they make you jump through hoops and juggle fire and IF you're lucky they may give you a refund. Don't bet on it though. Useless support. I contacted support several times and was totally ignored. No money back either!

They are CROOKS!

They are, simply stated, crooks! They changed the level of support, and I tried to cancel with a refund. They kept coming up with reasons why I could not get a refund. Then I asked them to simply cancel my subscription. They told me I had to provide the amount of my last payment, the date of that payment AND the time, presumably to the second. I use Apple Mail and had recurring problems keeping their awkward architecture up and running, and getting support from them takes days for each ...

NOT commercial quality service

NOT commercial quality service I paid for business subscription, was unable to launch admin console to configure services. Submitted ticket and received multiple, insulting, how-to-use-the-internet emails. Emails from Tech support made it clear they had no idea what the business subscription included or what the tools were to access and configure it. I've cancelled subscription and requested refund. Given their excruciatingly poor customer service I expect the refund process to be long, ...

Very much regret having used protonmail

Terrible experience. It might be secure but not user friendly. A number of issues including emails take a long time to send presumably due to encryption even with super fast internet speeds. Search function just doesn't come close to Gmail. Very expensive (we are a business needing approx 32 email addresses). Not user friendly. The process of then swapping to a different service has also been very expensive but had to due to it being so problematic including repeated and numerous complaints ...

"Privacy by default, data secured by human technology, easy to use by user-driven"

What do you like best about Protonmail? Proton Mail is merely one of the services provided by Proton, in fact, it should be considered as a solution for data transmitting and message communication. What do you dislike about Protonmail? Product KB is not up-to-date therefore it may decrease the user-experience. What problems is Protonmail solving and how is that benefiting you? With Proton's cutting edge technology, privacy is no longer an issue to be worried. Paid subscription offers ...

Ridicilious service

Ridicilious service. They make you create more than one mail adress but then they permanently close them without any notification. All of my gaming accounts tied to their mails are gone. Worst mail provider ever. Never use this website.
