I'm fed up with proton mail

I'm fed up with proton mail. I've been sitting here waiting for hours for my emails to load in my inbox. NOTHING HAS COME IN FOR 9.5 HOURS!! I have a business to run and these people hang onto my important messages FOREVER. what REALLY gets me angry is I receive SPAM mail almost immediately. Ive signed out a dozen times. turned my computer off 3-4 times. Tried Checking my phone, my iPad. Cleared all my cache of cookies as PROTON suggests. NOTHING WORKS!!!

All around good mail provider, with some disadvantage

All around good, stabil, and secure mail provvider. Proton Mail, is for the the more privacy oriented people, but also for those non alike. Personally i haven't experienced any issues, and the ones i hear, seems all to be people that don't really understand how proton mail works. Disappointed with Recent Experience

Unfortunately, I find myself in the position of having to write a new review for Protonmail. Today, after a 4-day wait, I received an email response regarding the issues I was facing with account recovery. The response was quite disappointing - my account had been deleted due to inactivity for over a year. This has left me truly disheartened. I transferred my purchased valorant accounts to mail one by one because it says on their homepage that you can open mail for free, when I woke up today I woke up to a big disappointment, all of the mail accounts I opened are banned, I send them a message, they claim that it was opened with a bot. they respond with an automatic message, they do not help at all... Support has been fast and service has worked well. I am currently a paying customer for Proton Unlimited and everything works well VPN is fast, Email works well (better than others I have tried like skiff), and the Drive software is decent only issues I have is there is no linux app and most of my files take a long time to preview/dont support preview at all when mega does but this is understandable because the drive feature is really new.

Their Android app is worthless

Their Android app is worthless. It does not send after pressing send; it does not save drafts. Proton also doesn't care. I have reported these issues several times throughout the time. Then they spend my time collecting information to reproduce only to let me know that they actually already knew of the issues. Frequency of usage of protonmail is high in businesses which sends confidential information via emails. Provides easy integration with other services such as calender, VPN etc. In case of any assistance customer support will be very useful. Run don't walk

You are required to pay for 12 months to subscribe. RED FLAG! After dozens of attempts with support I can't share the calendar and with the free program your trash bin fills up to a maximum allowed very quickly. I went back to good old Google. What a freaking joke! Google is truly free and has superior functionality.

Using PM since a year with the unlimited subscription since March and i am satisfied withe e-mail service (the vpn, cloud and calendar as well). The customer support was great! They helped me transfering my 2 free test accs to the paid one within 24 hours. The ui is structured and simple, but with many settings to customize you client.
