Good for remote teams collaboration

PROS: We have a remote team, so we wanted a tool that could help our diverse team members connect and collaborate. ProProfs Knowledge Base has all the required features that helped us manage our remote teams better. CONS: It’s been a year since we have been using ProProfs Knowledge Base, and thankfully, not a day has passed when we felt we made the wrong decision. So, there are no major problems we faced with the tool.

The perfect tool for creating product manuals

PROS: ProProfs Knowledge Base comprises features that are apt for building product manuals for customers. The best part about the tool is its robust reporting system. Our customer support team is more efficient than before

PROS: ProProfs Knowledge Base software provides an extensive range of features. When we started using the tool, we were surprised to find that there is a feature for everything - styling and structuring the content, adding feedback forms to the document, search function, tracking previous changes, and much more. Support tickets have gone down

PROS: We are happy to have added ProProfs Knowledge Base to our system. It’s an amazing product with some of the best features we have used so far. Talk about designing, publishing, writing, or role management - there is nothing that this tool doesn’t provide. CONS: Some trending features are missing but after the update all is going well as of now. So no complaints.

"A perfect customer support tool"

What do you like best about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software? It’s hard to answer this in a few words. There are a lot of things that we just loved about this tool - wide-ranging templates, powerful customization options, export, import, easy writing, and publishing.
