Beautiful templates that made our job easier
PROS: ProProfs Knowledge Base offers some amazing templates. We didn’t have to create anything from scratch as we had expected. With the templates, our work became so much easier. All our team had to do was do the research and focus fully on the content creation part. CONS: I believe there is nothing very significant to highlight here. But yes, I feel the tool has room for improvement and a better version would be great to have.

Understanding customer behavior is possible now!
PROS: Besides helping us with creating a self-service knowledge base for our customers, the tool was of immense help when it came to understanding customer behavior. Its robust reporting mechanism gives detailed insights into what our customers are searching for and not getting answers to the articles they find helpful and the ones they find irrelevant. CONS: It’s been just six months since we started using the product, so no specific issues as of now.
