I started using ProProfs Knowledgebase after there were many complaints of my customer support being slow. I used this tool to create an FAQ website, so that customers could help themselves in finding answers to their questions. I was able to put it live within few days and my customers were amazed! Thank you ProProfs!

A tool for team projects. I wanted to create a wiki for my internal team, however, I was not looking for anything open source as I don’t have an IT team. So, once I started using ProProfs Knowledgebase, I realized the ease of this product. I was able to create the wiki in an hour and my team were on it within the next hour. It is perfect for those who don’t like their time to be wasted.

Reduced Support Tickets

PROS: ProProfs Knowledge Base has enabled us to create powerful product and process documentation. It has an MS Word-like editor, which makes it easy to create training documents and user manuals. CONS: The mobile version lags in performance as compared to the desktop version, which is much more functional.

Customization you can’t help but fall in love with

PROS: For me, personally, it is the customization options the tool offers. Unlike other software that offer very basic features for customization, ProProfs has a full stack of amazing options that let you change various aspects of the document or manual, right from the content colors and fonts to structure, alignment, and much more. CONS: I didn’t come across any major problem till now.

Best for our call center

PROS: ProProfs Knowledge Base is like a complete package with a stellar set of features at a cost both large and small businesses can easily afford. CONS: Trial period limit can be extended to at least 30 or 40 days. It would be really helpful for those who need more time understanding the tool.

PROS: The tool’s reporting capabilities are great. They help us track which articles are being read the most. Moreover, the advanced formatting options help us create engaging documentation for our tools and processes. CONS: We faced some technical issues with the software. However, their customer support team was quick to help us.
