What do you like best? Being able to organize and categorize agreements, proposals, etc. and create templates to make the process easier. Being able to Duplicate an existing agreement rather than having to copy and paste really helps the process go faster. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I can create one basic framework for a proposal and then copy it into new ones. The proposals are very professional looking and I get terrific feedback from potential clients and current customers. What do you like best? The platform is great, but I've been really impressed with their customer service. They always answer questions quickly and as well as they can. And they are custom responses personalized to me.. I even had them do a video capture showing me how to do a workaround for something they suggested, with the video customized for me.
