One platform for corporate needs

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Prophix has all our corporate data in one platform because it's easier to get to and create reports when necessary, instead of having to manually update several excel files. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Being able to translate data from Excel to Prophix can be tricky, so it's a great help that their support team is always able to help us solve related issues. What do you like best about Prophix Software? Prophix is user-friendly and reduces the amount of time it takes to get the info needed. Reporting capabilities (reports/adhoc) allows for quick analysis, and we are able to use it in a multi-currency environment. Great for reviewing variances year over year or budget vs actual. I like that we're able to automate a lot of tasks related to our data, including analysis and comments on reports done and sent out to teams every month. What I like about Prophix is that it's easy to use and made even easier by their ever-ready customer support crew that helped with a seamless setup, and referred us to the CSP feature that tells us even more about how to fully utilize Prophix. "Flexible and easy to adminster CPM"

What do you like best about Prophix Software? Our experience with Prophix has been very favorable. We were looking for a tool to centralize our global financial reporting and planning functions and Prophix allowed us to accomplish this at a very reasonable cost vs other applications that were under consideration. "One Source of Truth"

What do you like best about Prophix Software? Prophix has allowed us to have one source of truth for our Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. It has taken us out of Excel "hell". Before Prophix, we only completed plans once a year. Now we do a quarterly forecast and a yearly plan.
